The Petals of Primrose Leadership Program for Adolescent Girls uses a non-conventional approach to confidence building and is dedicated to helping adolescent girls make better and informed decisions through exposure, awareness, and leadership opportunities. The program incorporates dialog, hands-on activities, outreach projects, special events, and parent engagement. Teen girls are equipped with tools that help them navigate through middle and high school and make their transition to adulthood.
Participants are exposed to topics and opportunities that are fun and interactive in a safe and non-judgmental environment allows participants to value the information shared and helps them have a positive outlook on themselves and their future. This encourages high self-esteem and sound decision-making based on social interactions and acceptance and leads to success in social and professional situations during middle school, high school, and beyond.
